How can I pay for My Order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, and Electron. We can also take payment via PayPal, bank transfer.

Can I Cancel or Make Changes To My Order?

Orders cannot be amended once payment has been taken, but orders can be cancelled at any point before shipping. Simply contact our team.

Can I track my order?

We currently use DPD/TNT to ship all goods and all orders can be tracked, just email us for the tracking details and will be provide the necessary information.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty part?

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our team. We offer a 30-day returns policy on all items, as long as they are returned unused and in the same condition in which they arrived.

Do you have a Minimum Order Value?

We have a minimum order value of £15 excluding VAT and shipping costs

How long does it take for parts to dispatch?

Stock will be dispatched the same day if ordered before NMxx (GMT), and will arrive the day after you order. If your products are not in stock, the number of additional days to dispatch will be shown on the individual product page.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide.

Has my order been dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders the day they are placed. Lead times and estimated dispatch dates will be displayed on the individual product page. 

How long do I have to return an item?

We will accept any returned items within 30 days of receipt of your order. 

How Long Does It Take To Process A Return?

We aim to process your return and refund you as quickly as possible. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your returned parts - this allows us to inspect the components
